Before our session, you’ll be an asked to complete a Wellbeing Questionnaire - along with a reflection exercise.
These will help you explore your current habits, patterns, and beliefs, and give you the time and space to clarify what you’d really like to achieve.
I then review your responses to identify the key areas for us to focus on, ensuring that our time together is purposeful and leaves a meaningful impact.

I offer the Clarity Experience online - so that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. If you live in North West Yorkshire, you also have the option to experience this session in person as part of my ‘Walk and Talk’ service.
Based in Otley, I provide Walk and Talk sessions to the surrounding areas, so if you’re nearby and would like a face‑to‑face session in the fresh air, just get in touch to enquire.

You’ll be surprised at how much can be achieved in a 90-minute session because the deep work begins well before we meet, and continues afterwards.
Before Your Session:
You’ll complete a wellbeing questionnaire and a short reflective exercise. This holistic questionnaire looks at all areas of your life: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Your answers give me a clear understanding of your current situation, your goals, and any blocks you may be facing.
I then spend around 2 hours preparing for our session, drawing on my 25+ years of experience and intuitive abilities to identify the key areas to focus on.
This pre-work also gives you valuable time for self-reflection and awareness before we dive in.
During Your 90-Minute Session:
We go straight to the heart of what will move you forward, working in a solution-focused way.
We can address a specific challenge or explore wider themes like mindset, clarity, motivation, and resilience.
The session is targeted and highly productive because of the preparation we’ve both done in advance.
This combined approach - preparation, reflection, and focused action - ensures that even within 90 minutes, you experience meaningful results and real progress.
