Hi, I’m Sam, a Mindset and Resilience Coach with over 25 years of international wellness experience. My journey began in Yorkshire, moved through art and design into recruitment advertising, and ultimately led me to my true calling: helping people reconnect with themselves and thrive.
I left a secure career to study wellbeing therapies long before they were mainstream, travelling the world to work in luxury hotels and wellness retreats. Along the way, I immersed myself in the study and practice of an extensive range of Mind, Body and Somatic Therapies - transforming my own life by understanding and rewriting the hidden patterns behind my anxiety, self-doubt, and pain.
Now, I guide others to break free from cycles that keep them stuck, build resilience, and live with clarity and purpose.
