Learn transformative techniques to release limiting beliefs, emotional baggage, and patterns that no longer serve your life story.


Week 3: Acceptance - Nourishing the Soil of Self (60-minute Session)

How to prepare for your journey

Commitment: Allocate dedicated time each week for sessions, home reflection exercises and guided meditations. A minimum of 1.5 hours per week is recommended for listening to your meditation recording (and home reflective exercises.

Create Your Space: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe, uninterrupted, and present.

Prioritise Self-Care: This is your sacred time. Honour it as you would any important commitment.
